Pastors Mike & Rhonda Bartolomeo
In 1999, Pastors Mike and Rhonda Bartolomeo founded Church for the Harvest in their home with the blessing of their pastor, Steve Quernemoen. What began as a small gathering of people with a desire to know Jesus and follow His call has grown into a thriving church family impacting lives locally and around the world.
From the very beginning, Mike and Rhonda together carried a vision to build a church that honored God with excellence, loved people deeply, and created an environment where lives could truly be transformed through the power of Jesus Christ. Their heart has always been to equip believers, empower people to discover and walk in God’s purpose for their lives.
Over the years, the journey has been marked by faith, sacrifice, growth, and God’s faithful provision. In 2000, the church became a mobile ministry, faithfully setting up and tearing down each week while continuing to grow in strength and vision. In 2006, Church for the Harvest secured its first permanent facility, and in April 2022, the church stepped into its beautiful new home—a powerful testimony of God’s goodness and the dedication of an incredible church family.
Pastors Mike and Rhonda have worked to cultivate a healthy church culture centered on biblical truth, discipleship, prayer, generosity, leadership development, and the presence of God. Their desire has always been to build a spiritual family where people encounter Jesus, grow in faith, serve others, and impact the world around them.
Today, the legacy of Church for the Harvest continues through the lives that have been transformed, leaders who have been raised up, ministries launched, missionaries sent, and generations equipped to follow Jesus wholeheartedly.
As founders, Mike and Rhonda remain deeply grateful for every person who has been part of the journey. Their prayer is that Church for the Harvest will continue to be a place where lives are transformed, people are empowered and equipped to lead in their God-given gifts and callings.
Pastors Mike and Rhonda Bartolomeo have served in full time ministry since 1993 with a passion for discipleship, leadership development, missions, and building healthy churches. Married for over 35 years, they are blessed with three grown children and grandchildren. Through their non-profit, Harvest International, they now serve the broader Church encouraging pastors, equipping leaders, and supporting missions and humanitarian efforts around the world.
